LTAROTO increased capacity with 8 sample positions on a rotary table

We have added a new member to our family of paint testing systems and are happy to present this innovation to you as follows:

On request from our customers, we have expanded the capacity of our LTA1 to 8 sample positions. These sample positions are on a rotary table with 8 possible clamping options from where they are guided one after the other, beneath the corresponding nozzle jet. That’s where the name comes from: LTAROTO.

The parameter settings can still be flexibly adjusted to your requirements. The basic machine covers the requirements of test specifications in accordance with DIN norm EN ISO 16925. This can be expanded to other norms at any time including additional components we offer as options.

After technical clarification, we will be pleased to provide you with a detailed quotation for the new LTAROTO device adapted to the specifications according to which you would like to carry out your tests. The options available are largely the same as those offered for an LTA1.

Have you already been working with our LTA1 and missed this option of clamping several samples in one testing process? Then please take not that we are now able to offer you this new capacity in an equally compact system.

(Almost) everything is individually adjustable and therefore offers you the necessary flexibility to adapt your test specification as required:

• operating pressure (up to 140 bar)
• test medium temperature (up to 70 resp. 80°C)
• nozzle
• nozzle distance
• spray angle
• spray duration

Multiple parameter combinations can be stored and thus repeatedly recalled without any potential for error. 

Various additional options allow not only static testing, but also various motion tests (swivel / horizontal sliding movements).

Laserpointer, versatile mounting options and fixtures, as well as spacers facilitate preparation for a reliable test sequence.

Circular flow operation saves valuable resources through reduced water and energy consumption.
