Each year, WALTER presents its most recent developments at the respective trade fairs: highlights regarding assembly and testing technology, innovative solutions for system and process planning.
Also in 2017 we will be represented at different exhibitions. We are looking forward to welcoming you there!
For the first time the expo MeatEx has taken place in Tehran this year and Walter has been represented by his new Iranian sales partner Idea Medica.
We are happy that we found a very competent partner in Idea Medica and we are impressed by their first trade fair presentation. Our sales manager, Mr. Marcus Wartbiegler, has been on site to support them.
Besides the potential customers of small, medium and large sized producers from the meat, fast-food and other food industry sectors, also representatives of the Iranian veterinary inspection office visited our booth. They were enthusiastic about the cleaning concept which is not yet widely used there.
Many companies in Iran are still working with very simple means in the field of cleaning and are now showing interest in better, faster and more hygienic methods.
Right after the exposition, appointments have been agreed upon with some potential customers, among them leading companies from the beverage and dairy industry in the Middle East.
Parallel to the MeatEx, cleaning systems from Walter have been installed at three big plants of the company Mihan in Tehran. Mihan is the leading ice cream producer in Iran and belongs to the top 3 in the dairy sector.
We wish to say thank you to all interested visitors and, in particular, to our partner Idea Medica for his commitment at the MeatEx and are pleased to cooperate with them also in the future.
The IFFA 2016 in Frankfurt has again been one of the most important expositions in the food industry for us – the same as the IFFA 3 years ago. The international character of the expo is enormous and each time contacts with visitors of new countries and regions are established.
We still have had many discussions concerning the subject of cleaning with water, foam and disinfection in the pressure range of 25 – 80 bar. Reducing the water consumption and problems of decreasing water temperatures during the cleaning process are still current issues for many operating companies and WALTER cleaningsystems has been glad to be able to offer solutions.
Our new automatic Vemag trolley cleaning system has aroused an amazing interest. We have plenty of demands for it from new and already existing customers. Originally developed for mid-size companies, we stated also surprisingly great interest of big companies that discovered very diverse advantages for themselves. We are especially happy about that since we have been pursuing this idea for several years now and finally have been able to present it.
WALTER cleaningsystems says thank you to all visitors at our booth and appreciates your interest and interesting conversations.
From the 19th to 21st of April, we have represented our innovations on the Powtech in Nuremberg this year. Creative ideas exposed at our stand regarding the manual and automatic container cleaning with different fluids, automatic mixer cleaning as well as, the flexible connection technology BFM® have convinced our visitors – both customers and many new business contacts. With the flexible blanking caps of BFM® we have demonstrated a new way of manual container cleaning, for which the blanking cap serves both as a inspection window and a water- and dust-proof sealing for the container during the cleaning with a hand lance.
Different nozzle inserts and fluid connections enable a compressed air, water and/or foam cleaning.
Soon you will find new photos and videos regarding these and other innovations on our website!
From May 7th onwards, you can meet us again at the IFFA in Frankfurt, Hall 9, Stand C51 – come and visit us, we are looking forward to seeing you there.
Time flies and meanwhile we are already looking back to the BAUMA 2016. From our point of view the Expo has been very successful, with an increase in the number of visitors and a particularly high demand for our most innovative topics.
We have been really enthusiastic about the special award from the Accident Prevention & Insurance Association handed out to our customer Kühnbach. They were awarded for the cleaning of the truck mixer chute which ensures a substantial increase in safety to the driver in daily operation. Consequently, there have been many demands regarding that key issue.
Staying with the topic of vehicles: Walter is now developing a solution for the cleaning of the truck mixer drums. At the BAUMA, we have been able to present the prototype to our customers which launched a lively discussion of the subject among owners and operators of concrete mixer plants and also among truck drivers. We are very grateful for the valuable input – we will make use of these arguments in our further development.
Meanwhile, the safety concept PLD has been well received by the customers. For over one year we are integrating this new concept now which has increased the safety conditions for the operator significantly. The topic has appealed many visitors, because they often have existing installations which have to be updated for safety reasons.
Another topic of great interest is the BFM® connectors. The flexible connectors can be used for the connection of the water dosing (tank) or cement scale to the mixer. The advantage that especially convinces our customers is the tool-free assembly of the connectors.
We would like to say thank you to the many visitors, some of them travelling half the world to get to know us and the BAUMA. We send our regards.to all familiar faces using our installations for many years now and appreciate their visit to our booth.
Our special thanks also to our business partners for their assistance regarding the exposition of our components.
We are looking forward to the BAUMA 2019 – see you there!
